Obitugbo community to honour DESOPADEC Chairman

The Obitugbo community in Warri North Local Government Council Area of Delta State will on Tuesday December 15, 2015 chold a grand reception in honour of the Chairman of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC and Chief Executive Officer of Awaritse Nigeria Limited, Hon. Godwin Ebosa.

Speaking on behalf of the Obitugbo community, Chairman and Chief host of the event, Mr. Lawrence Ukubeyinje said the honour by the community is in recognition of the outstanding contribution of Hon. Godwin Ebosa to the infrastructural and physical development of the community.

According to him, Governor Okowa’s appointment of Hon. Ebosa who was a former Chairman of Warri North Council was not misplaced because of Mr. Ebosa’s robust experience as a private entrepreneur and a public servant per excellence, noting that his appointment was well deserved.

The grand reception for the DESOPADEC Chairman and his team of political associates, admirers and investors is scheduled to hold at the Obitugbo multi-million naira ultra-modern town hall off Koko road where other developmental projects would be showcased alongside the proposed site for the much expected Warri University.   

The event billed to kick-off at 11:30 am at the community that now has a modern master plan with beautiful network of roads is expected to be attended by all sons and daughters of Obitugbo community as well as well meaning Itsekiris and investors alike according to the organizing committee chairman, Mr. Justice Akuyoma and the secretary, Pastor Abel Gorki who disclosed that all is now set for the successful reception of the DESOPADEC boss.
