Reports just reaching Fresh Angle International say an alleged insane man was at about 7 am today, Saturday February 13 apprehended by the Police in the New Road Area of Sapele, Delta State for attempting to abduct a girl believed to be about 12 years old.
Eye witnesses told Fresh Angle International on phone that the alleged insane man attempted to abduct the girl when she went to dump refuse at the popular New Road Sapele Dump Site where the disguised insane man lives and his attempt to grab the girl was noticed by someone, who immediately raised alarm.
Our sources claimed that it was the alarm raised that attracted the attention of policemen at a checkpoint close to the dump site.
The Policemen reportedly mobilized to the scene and arrested the insane man.
The man arrested confessed they are three involved, saying they have clients they deal with.
Though details of the purported abduction attempt were still sketchy as at the time of this report, it was gathered that a car, big foam, tent, cooking stove and complimentary cards were found at the spot in the dump site where the alleged insane man lives.
