The award of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of UTM Offshore Group and UTM FLNG Limited, Mr. Julius Rone as the 2022 Vanguard Young Entrepreneur of The Year, has been greeted with excitement by the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi.
Dr. Tidi in a goodwill message weekend, posited that the actualization of Floating Liquified Natural Gas, FLNG as the third in Africa and fifth in the world by Mr. Julius Rone, would re - energize his administration's policy drive of entrepreneurial and industrial development in Warri South Local Government Area.
Whilst expressing optimism that the development of UTM FLNG facility, would boost energy supply, reduce gas flaring, create more jobs and positively impact the' decade of gas ' development initiative of the Federal Government, Dr. Tidi advised Mr. Rone to see the award by Vanguard Newspaper as a challenge to expand his investments amid the apparent business challenges across the globe.
