The Olare - Aja (Oldest Man) of Ugbodede Community in Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State, Pa Omagba Dudun, has written the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, notifying the Monarch of the " decision of elders' council to dissolve the William Cheke led executive (following the expiration of their tenure) and the nomination of new executive, for his (The king's) approval and blessing."
In the letter dated February 13, 2023 and seemingly acknowledged by the Olu Palace February 16, 2023, Pa Dudun, appealed to the Suzerain of Warri Kingdom, "to intervene in these (dissolution and nomination) matters for peace to reign in Ugbodede."
The written communication, which has the thumb print of Pa Omagba Dudun, listed Engr. Alex Ebosa as the newly nominated Chairman of Ugbodede.
Other nominees for the new Ugbodede executive, are: Taiye Okotie Overside; Vice Chairman, Collins Edema; Secretary, Jemi Mene - Ejegi; PRO, Lucky Uwatse; Treasurer, David Kingsway; Financial Secretary, J. B. Dogun; Organizing Secretary, Oliver Cheke; Assistant PRO and Johnson Atije; Assistant Secretary.
