Agege, best to steer the ship of Delta state - Keka declares
Senator Ovie Omo - Agege

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Warri South - West Local Government Area, Erefoluwa Keka, says the Deputy Senate President and Delta State APC gubernatorial candidate, Senator Ovie Omo - Agege, is the best person to navigate the oil and gas - rich Delta state from its current path of retrogression and steer the ship of the state to a progressive trajectory.

Keka, who made the assertion in a statement made available to Fresh Angle International at the dawn of today, Tuesday March 14, cautioned political enthusiasts against campaign of calumny, noting that the Delta State APC governorship standard bearer, stands shoulder high above his fellow contestants in terms of achievements and competence.

Erefoluwa Keka

He posited: " It is unfortunate that despite the agreeable gross underdevelopment being witnessed in Delta state, some persons in the name of political party loyalty, are struggling to promote mediocrity, incompetence and lack of direction, when we have a rare opportunity to vote for a man like Senator Ovie Omo - Agege, who has undoubtedly exemplified quality leadership dexterity, attain an enviable height in the National Assembly and attracted unprecedented infrastructural development to Delta state, in just eight years as a legislator. If Senator Agege could influence visible development to Delta state as a federal lawmaker, amid the challenges associated with National politicking, then Deltans should expect the best in terms of governance, if given the mandate to govern the state. "

The APC chieftain, opined that critics of Senator Ovie Omo - Agege, who often accuse the Deputy Senate President of influencing projects to only his community, Orogun, " are being economical with the truth and haven't been able to mention any federal lawmaker, past or present, that has  achieved half of what Senator Agege has brought in terms of quality legislative representation and infrastructural strides, since 1999."

He called on Deltans to put aside ethnic differences, drop religious blackmail and vote Senator Ovie Omo - Agege as the next Delta state governor, come Saturday March 18.
