Hoodlums reportedly stabbed a girl severally on different parts of her body and took her phone and other possessions along Ogunu Road by Federal Government College, Warri at about 5:30 am today, Wednesday May 10.
Fresh Angle International understands that the girl whose identity was unknown as at the time of this report, was reportedly hurrying to work when the criminals accosted her.
It was gathered that her yelling, resulting from the multiple injuries she sustained, attracted attention of men of Man ' O' War of Federal Government College, Warri.
The Unity school's Man ' O' War, had to chase the criminals, who allegedly ran into the abandoned Shell Petroleum Development Company, SPDC facility, opposite Federal Government College, Warri.
Sources at the school, disclosed that family members of the robbery victim, were subsequently contacted and they came to carry her to an undisclosed hospital for immediate treatment.
Incidences of armed robbery and kidnapping, have escalated in Warri, Effurun, Udu and Ughelli, Delta state in the last three weeks.
