Delta State Chapter of Association of Coastal and Waterways Communities of Nigeria, ACWCN, has tasked the new Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on the imperative of remaining steadfast in the promise of sustainable development of the state.
The challenge by ACWCN, was contained in a felicitation message addressed to Rt. Hon. Guwor and made available to Fresh Angle International today, Tuesday June 20.
In the message signed by the Delta State Chairman and Secretary of ACWCN, Engr. Tuoyo Woligho and Pst. Paul Boyitie, respectively, the association noted: “The support you (Rt. Hon. Guwor) have enjoyed from your other colleagues is an eloquent testimony of a victory, fair and well-deserved.”
They further stated: “We write to congratulate you on your emergence as the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly and your subsequent inauguration
“We implore you to please remain steadfast in the fear of YAHWEH, and committed to the fulfilment of your mandate and promises to further the growth and sustainable development of Delta State, at large.
“We want you to make deliberate effort to partner with the association in Development of our coastal and Communities in Delta state.
“It is our fervent prayer that the good LORD will help you to succeed in the fulfillment of your endeavors.”
