Authorities of Warri South Local Government Council, has perfected strategies to enforce restriction of movement in the monthly environmental sanitation exercise, slated for tomorrow, Saturday August 26.                                 

Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, who made the disclosure in a statement released this afternoon, through the Secretary to Warri South Local Government, Mr. Joseph Oribioye, noted that the restriction of movement, would run from 7 am  through 10:00 am, urging residents of Warri South to clean up their environment, particularly water channels, clear refuse dumps and overgrown weeds during the sanitation period.                  

Dr. Tidi, assured that officials of the Council's Environment Department, members of the Beautification Taskforce and security agencies, will ensure success of the exercise.                            

The Delta State Government, declared tomorrow, Saturday August 26, for observation of the monthly environmental sanitation exercise and it's expected that the new state Commissioner for Environment, will supervise the exercise across the state.
