A pro Itsekiri group, Iwere Consultative Forum, ICF, says branded T - Shirts with the inscription " Stop Tribal Bullying, I Stand with Chief Ayirimi Emami, " was presented to Chief Ayirimi Emami yesterday night at his Warri home, as part of their solidarity to the " rightful course " Chief Emami has been standing for.
Chairman of Iwere Consultative Forum, Barr. Clement Ade Omotoye, who gave the explanation during presentation of the T - Shirts, opined that what Chief Emami has been facing for over two years in Warri Kingdom, " is nothing short of bullying, but he has been pulling through, because he stands on the side of truth, particularly as regards the law to the succession of the throne (of Warri Kingdom throne) as bequeathed to us by our Fathers."
Whilst stating that Chief Emami was never his friend, Barr. Omotoye who insisted that Chief Emami remains the Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom, said he and other members of Iwere Consultative Forum, needed to encourage Chief Emami in his struggle for truth and justice.
Our Principal Correspondent, reports that the Iwere Consultative Forum chairman, also advised people from other ethnic groups to stop tribal bullying of their neighbours.
Chief Emami, in his response, appreciated members of the group for their show of solidarity.
