We need you always - Warri South Council HPM, Akaeze tells NSCDC

The Head of Personnel Management of Warri South Local Government Council, Mr. Augustine Akaeze, has told the new Area Commander, Warri Zone of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, ACC Ugwu Peace Nkechi, that the Local Government Council needs the services of personnel of the NSCDC at all times, “because insecurity is presently a general challenge.”

Mr. Akaeze, made the assertion Tuesday March 26, when he played host to ACC Ugwu Peace Nkechi and other Senior Personnel of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps at the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri, Delta State.

Whilst assuring the NSCDC delegation who were on a working visit of sustained cooperation, Mr. Akaeze, who was flanked by the Treasurer to Warri South Local Government Council, Mr. Ugborugbo Moses, Heads of Department of the Council, the Chairman of NULGE, Warri South Local Government Council, Mr. Raymond Emiko as well as Mr. Geoffrey Anamali and Mrs. Patricia Anyoma, advised the new Area Commander, Warri Zone of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC to document her request for office recommendation and furnishing, for necessary action.

The Area Commander, Warri Zone of NSCDC, ACC Ugwu Peace Nkechi, earlier in her remarks, identified office accommodation and furnishing as challenges being faced by the Command in Warri.

ACC Nkechi appealed to Mr. Akaeze, to use his good office, to assist in addressing the accommodation and office furnishing challenges being faced by the Command, just as she assured of their readiness to serve the Council, anytime they are called upon.
