The President and founder of Shola Mese Foundation, Deacon Shola Mese has enlivened the Easter celebration for the aged, widows and physically challenged in Warri.
Our Senior Roving Correspondent, reports that the event which took place at the Shola Mese Foundation headquarters in Effurun via Warri, witnessed a mammoth crowd of recipient's from all over Warri City.
Speaking during the event, Deacon Shola said “ Easter is a time to show love and generosity to all ,as Christ through His love for mankind, gave His life for us”
“Giving is what Shola Mese Foundation is known for over the years, it has been one of the core values of the foundation and by God’s grace, we will continue to assist the youths, aged women and widows in our society”.

I feel the burden and stress you are facing at this current economic challenges in our country today, hence we are here to support with these food items to ease your burden, all I want is you continue to pray for us as a foundation not to relent”, he said.
Responding the elated women, thanked Deacon Shola for his benevolence over the years, saying it was just two months ago he fed them every day for one month and he is here again to give them food stuffs.
They offered prayers for him and his family, that God will continue to bless him and use the Foundation to support the less privileged in the society.
