Member of Local Government Service Commission in Delta state, Dr. Minnie Ajuwede Igbrude, has felicitated the Executive Director Business Development of the Nigerian Export - Import Bank, Hon. Stella Okotete, on the occasion of her 40th birthday, Saturday April 20, saying at 40, Hon. Okotete, " is truly transforming from one great positive task to another."
Dr. Igbrude in a goodwill message made available to Fresh Angle International, said Hon. Okotete represents ," new life, new growth, transformation, change from one great task to another" which the number 40 signifies.
