The PDP Chairmanship candidate for Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, has stressed the importance of primary education, cleanliness of the environment and the need to encourage subsistence farming, to mitigate food scarcity.
Our Ughelli North Local Government Area Bureau Chief, reports that Olorogun Egbo, highlighted those core aspects of his manifesto, Thursday June 13, when he launched its ward-to-ward campaign at Orogun and Agbarha Kingdoms in Ughelli North Local Government Area.
Led by Director-General, Hon. Kelly Emuoghenerue Oghenekevwe and other leaders, the campaign team sought the support and votes of the electorates.
They assured constituents of their commitment to advancing the MORE agenda at the grassroots level.
In his address, the party's chairmanship candidate for the July 13 Delta State Local Government Poll, Olorogun Jaro Egbo Ksc, promised even development and a secure environment if elected as the Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area.
He encouraged voters to turn out in large numbers on election day, assuring them of adequate security.
The event featured the presentation of party flags to various councillorship candidates, with party leaders, urging them to continue the campaign efforts at the grassroots level.
