Immediate past two - time Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, says Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori 's ability to instill tranquility in governance, is concrete reality to discerning critics.
Dr. Tidi, who made the declaration in a goodwill message to felicitate Governor Oborevwori on the occasion of his birthday today, Wednesday June 19, said Governor Oborevwori 's administration was finalising ongoing projects, enhancing existing infrastructure and introducing initiatives across the state.
