The new Vice Chancellor, VC of Dominican University, Ibadan-Nigeria, Prof. Jacinta A. Opara, on Sunday June 23, began 9-day onboarding activities at the institution, with the aim of explaining her administrative objectives to key staff and other critical stakeholders.
The itinerary, sent to Fresh Angle International today, Tuesday June 25, showed that the onboarding activities commenced Sunday June 23 with Prof. Jacinta Opara meeting the Proprietor and Chancellor, Very Rev. Fr Modestus Ngwu, OP at Provincial Office, St. Dominic’s Priory, Yaba, Lagos.
The renowned academic, continued her engagements Monday June 24, by consulting with the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dokun Oyeshola, OP and the Core Management Team at Vice Chancellor’s Office in Dominican University, Ibadan.
She also undertook a tour of the University Campus, 1.00pm same day, thereafter had lunch with the Acting Vice Chancellor and Core Management Team at the University Cafeteria, before inspecting Housing Provision with Estate Agent at Aerodrome Homes.
Prof. Opara, was scheduled to meet with the Prior of St. Thomas Aquinas Priory, Ibadan at Front Parlour, Dominican Priory, Ibadan by 9.00am today, Tuesday June 25, to be followed with a jaw-jaw with Dominican University Friars Forum, DUFF, at the Senate Chambers. She will thereafter meet with the ICT Director at the Vice Chancellor’s Office.
