Delta: PDP is ready to win all chairmanship, councillorship seats - Esiso taunts opposition parties

Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party in Delta State, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, has taunted members of the opposition political parties in the state, saying PDP is ready to win all Chairmanship, Vice Chairmanship and Councillorship positions in the incoming July 13 Delta State Local Government poll.

 

Our Principal Correspondent, reports that Olorogun Esiso made the declaration, today, Tuesday June 25 in Warri, while presenting PDP flag to Warri South PDP Chairmanship candidate, Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro and his running mate, Hon. Kingsley Edafiadjebre.

 

Whilst stating that Warri South is a PDP area, Olorogun Esiso, averred that the massive turn out of the party faithful, during the ceremony, signifies resounding success and support for PDP, to continue its dominance of the area.

 

 

He commended leaders, youths and women of the party in the area, as well as Non-Indigenes led by Senior Special Assistant to Governor Oborevwori on Non Indigenes, Nze Francis Onuora for their loyalty and support toward the growth of PDP in Warri South and other parts of Delta State.

The member Representing Warri Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. (Dr.) Thomas Ereyitomi, praised the choice of Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro and Hon. Kinglsey Edafiadjebre, describing them as the right combination to deliver Warri South for PDP.

 

Warri South PDP Chairman, Mr. Johnson Agbeyegbe, who also spoke during the ceremony, said PDP don't lose election in Warri South, adding: “Comrade Agbateyiniro is here to continue the winning streak for PDP in Warri South.”

 

Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro, who responded on behalf of his running mate, Hon. Edafiadjebre and the party’s 20 Councillorship candidates for Warri South, assured that they will run efficient and transparent administration that would satisfy the people of Warri South Local Government Area, if given the mandate.

The Warri South Chairmanship hopeful, who explained that his Amazing Grace for M.O.R.E Agenda, is in sync with Governor Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda, commended PDP leaders, youth, women, student union bodies, transport workers as well as DESOPADEC Staff forum, for their trust and support for this candidacy.
