The Managing Director /CEO of Nicolex Engineering Technology & Consultancy Services, Aligbe A. Paul, has felicitated the new Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Weyinmi Isaac Agbateyiniro, on his victory at the poll and assumption of office.
Aligbe, in a goodwill message dated Thursday July 18, also congratulated the 20 Councilors that were inaugurated yesterday, Wednesday July 17 as members of the 8th Assembly of Warri South Local Government Council.
