Daughter Cries for Help: My mother, Deborah Edah is in desperate need of kidney transplant

Daughter of Deborah Laju Edah (Mabiaku), Amireloritse Gracious Ologho, has appealed for urgent financial help to save her mother’s life, saying her mother, Deborah Laju Edah, is in desperate need of a Kidney Transplant.

The patient, Deborah Laju Edah, is a staff of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC and renowned mobilizer of Coastal Women for Community Development.

Amireloritse Ologho, told Fresh Angle International, this evening, Monday September 2 in an emotion-laden voice that any form of financial assistance is needed to enable the family transfer her mother to Abuja for Kidney Transplant and subsequent spinal surgery.

She had, in the early hours of today, circulated an appeal on Whatsapp platforms, pleading for urgent action as regards the deteriorating state of her mother’s health.

The message reads: “Deborah Laju Edah (Mabiaku) is in desperate need of medical financial assistance. She has been struggling with Hypertension for many years, which has resulted in the sudden diagnoses of *END STAGE KIDNEY FAILURE* and *Anemia*.

“She has been dependent on twice a week dialysis to survive and is in desperate need of a Kidney Transplant as a she is now in critical condition and has also been diagnosed with *Severe Spondylodiscitis L3/L4* (inflammation of the intervertebral disc space) which has left her unable to walk.

“We need to transfer her to Abuja for the Kidney Transplant and subsequent spinal surgery

“We are trying to save her life so any form of assistance will be helpful ,greatly appreciated.
