The Head of Personnel Management, HPM of Ndokwa West Local Government Council, Madam Esther Okonkwo, has won the 2024 award of "Most Outstanding Head of Personnel Management" of local government councils in Delta State.
Our Kwale Correspondent, reports that she was decorated with the award Thursday November 21 at the Cenotaph in Asaba, during the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE Day celebration.
The honour was presented to her by the Chairman of Local Government Service Commission in the state, Hon. Joseph Otirhue, who reportedly represented Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori .
