INDI raises alarm, says Tompolo’s company, security agencies whisk indigenes of Tisun community

Itsekiri National Development Initiative, INDI, has raised alarm, alleging that Men of Tompolo’s Company, Tantita Security Services Limited and a combined team of the Nigerian Security agencies, on Friday November 29, raided Tisun Community in Warri North Local Government Area and whisked “every living being in sight, who were unable to flee into the bush for their dear life, including a mentally unstable man.” 

President of Itsekiri National Development Initiative, INDI, Comr. Dennis Mene, who raised the alarm in an electronic statement sent to Fresh Angle International this afternoon, Monday December 2, said the Tisun indigenes were taken away by Military personnel.

The statement, noted: “The OFFICE of the President of Itsekiri National Development Initiative (INDI) have been reliably informed that Tisun Community in Warri North Local Government Area was raided 29/11/2024, by men of the Tantita Security Services Limited with a combined team of the Nigerian Security agencies and every living being in sight, who were unable to flee into the bush for their dear life, including a mentally unstable man, were taken away by military personnel.

“It can be deduced that the Tantita Security Services Limited and Nigerian Security agencies, were involved in the abduction of Mr. David Odeli, the chairman of Tisun community in Warri North LGA.

“We strongly condemn the abduction and demand his immediate release.

“We hereby warn the management of security services limited led by Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo to stay clear of Itsekiri communities.

“We also want to give the Security agencies 24 hours to produce him in court, in accordance with Sections 34 and 36 of the Nigerian 1999 Constitution as amended, or release him unconditionally. “
