Delta State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Prince Kelly Kalanama Penawou, says the Chairman of Warri South-West Local Government Area, Hon. Sylvester Oromoni, “is focused on development in-line with the M.O.R.E Agenda of the State Government.”
Our Warri South-West Bureau Chief, reports that Prince Kelly Penawou made the declaration Tuesday, December 17, at Ogbe-Ijoh, during on-the-spot assessment of projects being executed by the Sylvester Oromoni-led Administration.
Work ongoing at the Concrete Jetty in Ogbe-Ijoh, headquarters of Warri South-West Local Government Area
The Commissioner, stated: “We pray for funds to come so that he can finish what he has in mind. These are good projects and we pray for good health for him and more money, because he has good things in mind to do for his people.
“I also pray that God will provide the funds for him to finish these projects, within the one year.”
Below are projects being executed by the Hon. Sylvester Oromoni administration:
1. Construction of A 46 Flats Police Residential Quarters @Ogbe-Ijoh.
2. Construction of the Nigerian Police Force Officer's Canteen Building @ Ogbe-Ijoh.
3. Construction of A Police Station Building.
4. Construction of 2 nos Police Security Observation Point.
5. Construction of Local Government Concrete Jetty @ Ogbe-Ijoh.
6. Construction of Local Government Staff Canteen.
7. Construction of Local Education Authority Office Building @ Ogbe-Ijoh.
8. Construction of Primary Health Care Center @ Akpakpa.
9. Construction of Corpers Lodge @ Kurutie.
10. Renovation of Primary Health Care Center @ Orere and
11. Construction of 10nos Wooden Public Toilets.
