BETTER AFFIDAVIT OF FACTS

WE, PA JOHNSON MENE OGBODUWA (M) of No. 58, Egbegba Street, Gana, Sapele, MR. MICHEAL OMATSULI (M), of No. 14, Old Ogorode Road, Sapele, PA GEORGE YATSOBO (M) of No. 82, Market Road, Warri, JOHN AYEWU (M) of Shell Gate, Urhuakpa, Sapele and HON. SAMSON OGBODUWA (M) No. 8, Nkoyo Road, off Shell Road, Sapele, all of Delta State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, do solemnly and sincerely declare as follows:

1. That we are all principal members of Aleoba Descendants of Udo and Jakpa Communities in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State by virtue of which we are conversant with the facts given rise to this affidavit.

2. That we earlier, sometime on the 11th day of August, 2023, deposed to an affidavit wherein we denounced the action of the head of the Aleoba Descants, Pa Higson J. Oporokun, who also doubled as the Olore-Ebi of Ologbotsere family and the Olare-Aja of Jakpa Community over his instituting of legal action against His Majesty, Ogiame, Atuwatse III, the Olu of Warri.

3. That we were misled by the information given to us by late Chief Clement Maleghemi, the then Palace administrator - that Pa H.J. Oporokun in collaboration with some Ologbotsere and Aleoba family member connived to institute an action against the Olu of Warri, Atuwatse the III.

4. That Pa H.J Oporokun later on the 20th of February, 2024, explained to the general house of Aleoba family of Udo and Jakpa Communities that he did not use the name of Aleoba family in the litigation against the Olu of Warri, rather, he used the name of Ologbotsere Eyinmisan to institute the litigation as the head of Ologbotsere Eyinmisan in the Warri Kingdom.

 5. That base on the preceding paragraph, the general house of Aleoba descendant of Udo and Jakpa have decided to withdraw the former affidavit dated 11th of August, 2024.

6. That we make this affidavit for record purposes and for the notification of anyone whom it may concern, including the Palace of the Olu of Warri.

7. That we depose to this affidavit conscientiously believing the same to be true by virtue of the provisions of the Oaths Act.
