An Udu Local Government Area based herbalist (name unknown) has invoked purported killers of his son to his shrine, unconfirmed pieces of information, have indicated.
The unknown herbalist (native doctor) was said to be father of an unidentified young man, whose lifeless body, was found at Ojikpata, along the rail line in Orhuwhorun, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, during the yuletide.
The deceased was sighted on the rail track, with his head seemingly mutilated from the remaining part of his body.
Whilst there was initial insinuation that the young man may have been hit by a moving train, speculations that the suspected killers, have appeared in the shrine of the deceased’s father, tilted the narrative to suspected ritual killing.
Sources had claimed that the young man was a drug addict, who smoked ‘colorado’ popularly known as ‘colos’ regularly and strayed unconsciously to the rail line axis, where his lifeless body was found by a passerby, who did a short video of the gory sight.
