The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, has been named among 100 reputable Africans, Fresh Angle International has learned.
The Warri Monarch 's nomination was in recognition of "his sterling leadership" anchored on "integrity."
The nominees include notable Africans like Mo Ibrahim,Strive Masiyiwa,Idris Elba and Carolina Wanga.
Recall that in 2024, The Olu of Warri, hosted the Elevate Africa Summit in Abuja, where he led first class kings as well as captains of industries from across the African continent, through discussions focused on development and future of Africa.
The Olu since ascending the throne, has also embarked on building bridges of peace and fostering unity between Warri kingdom and other kingdoms in the Niger Delta and this has translated to improved relations with vibrant economy across the region.
