The Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Indigenous Contractors' Forum (DICF) has reportedly been thrown into disarray, following the issuance of a Notice of Dissociation and Disclaimer by key members of the Forum.
According to a statement signed by several prominent members of the forum, the Chairman, Engr. Ogie Samson Oritsebemigho, and Secretary, Prince Charles Ebigbagha, were accused of engaging in actions alleged to be dubious and self-serving.
These activities, the members claim, have tarnished the Forum’s image and disrupted its relationship with DESOPADEC.
In an unprecedented move, the Forum has reportedly suspend both officials with immediate effect, urging the public to disregard any communications or actions from them. Members reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining professionalism and fostering unity within the Forum.
The statement, averred that the latest move by some members of the forum, marks a decisive effort by the Forum to restore order and credibility amidst growing concerns over the conduct of its leadership.
