Traditional Rulers will provide safe environment, Olu of Warri assures as Tinubu approves employment for 774 NHFs

The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, has assured that Traditional Rulers in the country, will provide safe environment, give good counsel and support the 774 National Health Fellows, NHFs.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had assured the 774 National Health Fellows automatic employment, during the  launch of the programme held at the Presidential Villa,  Abuja, Thursday March 6.

The Warri Monarch, who was at the programme launch, noted that there is a powerful force about Nigeria and powerful force for being a Nigerian, which other forces want to contend with.

He stated: “The world is waiting to see what will come out from these young Nigerians and there is no room for failure.

“Healthy purification process starts from within and once you have gone through that internal refurbishment, it is going to flow and find expression in the outside.”

The Suzerain of Warri Kingdom, advised the youths: “Do not believe the lies and distractions that tell you that you can’t go far, you can do so much more and take this country to higher heights.

“I want to pledge to all of you today that where it concerns me and my traditional rulers across this country, we will provide a safe environment and give good counsel and support to the fellows of this National Health

“I want to assure Mr. President of the readiness of the traditional institution to support laudable initiatives like this and ensure that this level of transparency, will give everybody a chance in this country to achieve that which has been set for them.”

The NHF, is a bold and transformative initiative, introduced under President Tinubu’s leadership, to harness the potential of young Nigerians in the health sector.
