The Wife of Delta State Governor, Deaconess (Mrs.) Tobore Oborevwori, will on Friday March 28, commission a building which was reconstructed by the Comr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi administration of Warri South Local Government.
The building was razed down by inferno at about 10.00am Wednesday July 3, 2024 at the popular Nupe Line in Igbudu Market, Warri, causing monumental damage to shop owners within that vicinity.
According to a programme flyer, sighted on Warri South Council Official Facebook Page, Monday March 17, Deaconess Oborevwori, will commission the reconstructed building by 10.00am and thereafter hand-over the Ubeji Market to the Council authority by 12noon same day, Friday March 28.
This will be the 3rd people-driven project Igbudu Market, would be benefiting from the Comrade Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac led administration. Traders in the market, had received ten million naira revolving loan from the administration and there is ongoing construction of Old Mosque as well as UCC Roads in the densely populated Igbudu Market, courtesy of Agbateyiniro visionary leadership.
There will also be presentation of cheques to four markets and associations, in-line with the Agbateyiniro administration of empowering the market traders in Warri South Local Government Council.
