Member of the Governing Council of Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko and the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the institution, Engr. (Dr.) Paul Tamaragaibi Elijah, has congratulated Professor Flora Tobolayefa Oluwafemi on her appointment as Vice Chancellor of Nigeria Maritime University, NMU, saying her emergence as VC, “comes at a defining moment in the life of NMU.”
Dr. Elijah, who extended the heartfelt felicitation in a statement made available to Fresh Angle International, Monday June 23, said the teaching and non-teaching staff, students, alumni and stakeholders of the Warri South-West Local Government based Ivory Tower, rejoice in Prof. Oluwafemi’s appointment with deep excitement and great expectation.
