In a strategic move to promote local content development and uphold standard and quality management systems, the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in collaboration with Rucotech Integrated Services Nigeria Limited (RISNL), on Monday July 7 commenced a three-day ISO 9001:2015 training programme for individuals from the Niger Delta region.
The training, holding in Warri, Delta State, aims to equip participants with globally recognized quality management skills. Rucotech, a certified management training consultancy accredited by the Centre for Management Development (CMD), is facilitating the programme. The company is also registered under Nigerian law and recognized for its excellence in professional training services.

During the opening ceremony, the Executive Secretary of the NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatshola Ogbe, represented by Mr. Festus Erubore, welcomed participants and noted that the training is part of a nationwide capacity-building initiative being implemented by the Board.

Also speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Rucotech, Prince Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema—an ITF Certified Master Trainer and CMD-certified professional—commended the NCDMB for its dedication to excellence and capacity development. He reaffirmed Rucotech's commitment to promoting international standards and best practices in training delivery.
