The leadership of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Delta State Chapter, on Monday August 11, gifted comestibles to inmates of Nigerian Correctional Service, Warri Custodial Centre in Warri.
Fresh Angle International, understands that the comestibles, which included tubers of yam, as well as bags of rice and garri, were presented to the inmates by the Delta State Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comr. Kenneth Okorie, as part of activities to mark this year’s International Youth Week.
Comr. Okorie, who was flanked by other members of the state exco of NYCN, the Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Warri South Chapter, Comr. Destiny Tuoma Noritsegho as well as other members of NYCN in Warri South, prayed with the inmates, assured them of his readiness to follow-up on their cases and promised the inmates music mixer.
Comr. Okorie and members of his executive had visited an orphanage in Asaba, the Delta State capital, before arriving Warri, where they made a stop-over at the Office of the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Warri South Chapter.
