The Immediate Past Youth President of Ifiekporo Community in Warri South Local Government Area, Comr. Special Bawo Agbeyi, has called on the embattled Secretary of OML – 150 Communities’ Consultative Forum, Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone (aka Emma Lagos) to retract what he described as the ignoble viral voice (recording) comments he (Mr. Aginejuone) made against Dr. Monday Agbeyi.

The former youth president, Comr. Agbeyi, who made the call in an electronic statement sent to Fresh Angle International, Wednesday August 13, alleged that Mr. Aginejuone, made unsubstantiated comments about the person of Dr. Monday Agbeyi, “that were captured in a voice recording that went viral on social media.”

According to Agbeyi, Mr. Aginejuone was summoned to a meeting at Omadino Community, where he was asked to provide evidence to substantiate “the untrue viral comments”, but “he failed to provide any evidence and promised to retract the bucolic comments, he made against the person of Dr.  Monday Agbeyi.

“Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone, fell on his knees and begged for forgiveness from the Forum and members of the Executive, led by Dr. Monday Agbeyi.

“Just like the previous viral unsubstantiated comment that Emma Lagos made, his publication on Fresh Angle International, Monday August 11, was surreptitiously made in mala fide and phantasmagoria sentiments, hence the publication is devoid of truth, facts and legal perceptive, that are in accordance with the OML-150 Communities’ Consultative Forum Construction.

“It is trite that it is not a legal requirement for the Secretary of the OML 150 Communities’ Consultative Forum to co- sign Documents with the Chairman of the Forum, for such Documents to be valid.

“It is unknown to the Forum’s Constitution or modern practices that a secretary should give directives to a chairman of an organization. Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone’s needless vituperation and malice against Dr. Monday Agbeyi, stems from the fact that Dr. Monday refusal to illegally include communities into the Forum as recommended by Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone”, he stated.

Comr. Agbeyi, added: “I want to call on Dr. Monday Agbeyi to remain committed and focused in his insatiable search for development, progress and growth of the OML- 150 Communities’ Consultative Forum.”
