As a friend and political associate for many years, i can boldly say you are a worthy compatriot and a pan Niger Deltan, committed to the overall development of the oil and gas - rich region.                        

Your performance as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Niger Delta Development Commission, clearly sets a standard for aspiring leaders and creates  a template that makes nonsense of ethno - religious style of administration.                                

The Honouray Doctorate in Public Administration conferred on you by the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka, UNN and the statements by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing you as a promoter of peace and stability as well as stickler to financial discipline, speak to your penchant for excellence in administration.  

This is not surprising , considering your academic feat of PhD in Political and Administrative Studies, Development Studies , from the University of PortHarcourt, Rivers State.                                    

You are adding inestimable value to the Niger Delta Development Commission and reminding  the Itsekiri Nation of the period when Engr. Tuoyo Omatsuli, was Executive Director, Projects in the Commission.                

 I implore you to sustain your detribalised administrative style and drive more development projects in Itsekiri Nation in particular and other parts of the Niger Delta.
