Fresh Angle International, has gathered that Dr. (Mrs.) Mejebi Toritseju Mayor (Née, Otubu) has been elected the first female President of Ugbajo Itsekiri USA Incorporated.
The election, reportedly held August 30, 2025, during the 27th Annual Convention of Ugbajo Itsekiri USA Incorporated, held in New York United States.
In her acceptance speech, Dr. Mejebi Toritseju Mayor, appreciated members of the Organization for trusting in her capability to lead and pilot the affairs of Ugbajo Itsekiri USA in her two years tenure.

Dr. Mayor, appealed for members’ support, even as she promised to put in her best to take Ugbajo Itsekiri USA to an enviable height, in collaboration with members of the exco as well as other members of the association.
Other members of the newly elected Executive of the Itsekiri diaspora body are; Weyinmi Okupa - Vice President, Oduore Ojo - Secretary, Charles Jemine Omagbemi - Publicity Secretary (PRO), Pastor Dr. Utieyin Edema-Eyen - Financial Secretary, Tinuke Amajuoritse Fadairo - Assistant Secretary, and Oritsemoyogbemi Bowen (Nee Eyeguokan) - Treasurer.
