The Executive Assistant on Security Matters to Governor Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, Chief Godwin Okporoko, has congratulated the immediate past governor of the state Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa ,on his appointment as Coordinator, South - South Renewed Hope Initiative.
Okporoko, Chairman of Ughelli South United Forum (USUF), gave the commendation in a statement on Tuesday, and appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for having trust and confidence in Okowa.
He said Okowa’s appointment to coordinate the implementation of “Renewed Hope” agenda of President Tinubu in South South was commendable.
The President General of Owahwa Sub-Clan, OML34, Ughievwen Kingdom, Ughelli South Local Government Area, expressed optimism that Okowa will deliver on his new assignment and would make President Tinubu proud.
Okporoko assured that Okowa will rally the South South region for President Tinubu aheed of the 2027 Presidential election.
