Yuletide in the twin-cities of Warri and Effurun, began Tuesday December 9, as Shola Mese Foundation, took responsibility of feeding faithful, attending the 2025 Shiloh programme of Living Faith Church (aka Winners Chapel) along Izakpa Road axis, off Airport Road, Warri.
The programme, which began Tuesday December 9, with over 500 attendees enjoying the daily refreshment, will run till Saturday December 13, making it a over 3,000 adherents of Winners Chapel that would benefit from the largesse, offered by Shola Mese Foundation.
The church premises, has been filled with emotion as families, elderly residents, and young people, lined up to receive freshly prepared meals.
Volunteers from both the Foundation and the church, worked tirelessly, ensuring that the distribution was orderly, while engaging beneficiaries with warmth and encouragement.
According to the Founder of Shola Mese Foundation, Dr. Shola Mese, the gesture aligns with the Foundation’s mission of touching lives, especially at a time when many households are grappling with economic strain.
He noted that the festive season provides an important opportunity to extend love and compassion to those who need it most.
Dr. Mese, expressed confidence that the initiative will not only uplift spirit, but strengthen communal bonds during the Yuletide.
