Pioneer Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Hon. Omamofe Joseph Pirah, has revealed that his path with the current Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties ( Government House) Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, crossed since 2011 when he was member of the State Executive Council, under Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan.
Hon. Pirah, who made the disclosure in a goodwill message to felicitate Dr. Osuoza on the occasion of his 59th birth anniversary today, Monday January 19, described Dr. Osuoza as a nice guy, jolly good fellow, very knowledgeable and dependable.
" He is a friend in need, someone I can always call upon and he will be there for me" the ex - Chairman of Itsekiri Regional Development Committee, IRDC, Hon. Pirah, spoke of Dr. Osuoza .
Fresh Angle International, understands that Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza, whilst expressing gratitude to God for adding another year to his life, posted : " As I joyfully mark my 59th birthday today, 19th January, 2026, my heart is filled with gratitude to God Almighty.
