Member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Boluwa Jemine Okpaghoro, says Hon. Richard Pessu's " emergence as consensus candidate for APC Chairman, Warri South LGA" speaks of trust.
Boluwa, who made the declaration Tuesday February 17, in a message to congratulate Hon. Pessu, told the former Deputy Leader of Warri South Local Government Legislative Arm that "the work ahead is great."
He stated:" A new chapter begins in Warri South.
