Prince Emiko congratulates New Delta state APC Chair

APC chieftain, and the party's first senatorial candidate in the delta south district for the 2015 elections, Prince Yemi Emiko, FIMC, CMC, has congratulated the newly elected chairman of the party in delta state, chief Solomon Arenyeka, JP.

He affirmed that Chief Arenyeka emerged victorious after a very rigorous process of consensus building, that took several days, culminating in the state wide Congress witnessed Tuesday morning in Asaba, the state capital.

Prince Emiko, who attended the congress as a special leader from one of the 270 wards in the state, was among several thousands of party faithfuls, who graced the event, to give support to the process and ensure that the new EXCO members were delivered by unanimous voice affirmation.

In a News Statement issued immediately after the congress, the Warri Prince expressed delight that chief Arenyeka, was overwhelmingly elected by the entire state architecture of the APC, to lead the party into the political battles ahead. He stated that the new party chairman has loads of experience both in government and in party management, having served in various capacities previously, as Councillor, local government chairman, chief of staff to the delta state governor, and as the last PDP chairman in the state, before the transition into the APC.

Prince Emiko advised the incoming EXCO to be focused on issues that will
Promote unity in the party, so as to ensure massive mobilization, and landslide delivery of President Tinubu, governor Oborevbori, and all APC candidates in the 2027 elections. 

He commended the state Governor for his inclusive leadership of the party so far, and especially for not interfering with the election process of the new officials of the APC.
