Delta State Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Solomon Areyenka, says he has observed epitome of peace and unity amongst members of the APC in Warri South Local Government Area, even as he urged the member representing Warri South Constituency II in Delta State House of Assembly, Chief Benson Obire, to work closer with him.
Chief Areyenka, who made the declaration in Warri, Delta State, Sunday March 15, shortly before commissioning the new APC Secretariat in Warri South Local Government Area, said he would use the Warri South Secretariat of the party as template for other local governments to emulate.
Whilst stating that the state governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, " is working tirelessly day and night" for the betterment of Delta State, Chief Areyenka, charged APC members in Warri South to dream and eat APC " for progress and development, not headache."
The Chairman of APC in Warri South Local Government, Hon. Richard Pessu, in his opening remarks, declared that there's no way any other political party can raise its head in Warri South, " because the who, is who in Warri South politics, are here seated."
Hon. Pessu, who disclosed plans by his leadership to embark on tour of the 12 federal wards in Warri South Local Government Area in the coming weeks, asserted: " We will not disappoint the trust reposed in us. We are now one family in Warri South ( referring to old and new APC members).
"We can only triple the electoral success in Warri South, with our fusion into one party . The party, is in safe hands, we will deliver Warri South with votes that can not be counted."
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, on his part, averred: " We want your good office ( referring to the state APC Chairman, Chief Areyenka) to know that here in Warri South, we have a united political family.
" Warri South is set for 2027. Come 2027, the governor, president and other candidates of APC, are carry go."
Fresh Angle International, can report that the member representing Warri Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, the members representing Warri South Constituencies I and II in Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Augustine Uroye and Chief Benson Obire, respectively, Prof. Israel Abido as well as Dr. Toyin Agbolayah, who spoke on behalf of Special Advisers to Governor Oborevwori, were among party leaders that addressed the large gathering of party faithful.
