Mr. Aligbe, who made the declaration in a goodwill message to felicitate Comrade Agbateyiniro on his 2nd year in office as Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, described Comrade Agbateyiniro as non - tribalistic and non - discriminatory.
According to him, Agbateyiniro's emergence as the people's leader in Warri South, has brought immense light and purpose to the local government area.
