Self-styled veteran litigant and community leader, Mr. Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone, says Eworitsemogha is an alien name, not known to law.
Aginejuone, who spoke in reaction to a protest staged in Warri, Monday October 12 against Conoil Plc, said the protesters acted on the basis of illegality.
According to him, persons who staged the protest are from Obodo Community and “Obodo community lost to Omadino community, long before they were born.”
Just as he challenged the leadership of ‘Aja – Olukpodu Community’ to indicate where Aja – Olukpodu is in the litigation map, Mr. Aginejuone, told the ‘Eworitsemogha protesters’ if, “you can show me any place in the litigation map that carries the name, Eworitsemogha, I will give up my fight, in that way, Con Oil Plc can answer you. But if you cannot, the so called Eworitsemogha, is guilty of contempt of court.”
