Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Michael Tidi has congratulated the councillor representing Obodo Ward in Warri South Legislative Arm, Hon. Andrew Tesinro Okotie on his birthday today, Sunday March 4.
Hon. Tidi described Hon. Okotie as a true representative of his constituents, saying in just two months in office, the lawmaker has exhibited rare people -centered representation and done everything to attract the needed attention to his constituency.
