Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Michael Tidi has on behalf of people of Warri South Local Government Area, felicitated with the immediate past chairman of Warri South Local Government, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema on the occasion of his birthday, Thursday April 19.
Hon. Tidi in a statement made available to Fresh Angle International, commended Hon. Edema for his peaceful disposition and the environmental sanitation legacy he left behind as chairman of Warri South Local Government.
