The National Chairman of African Democratic Congress, ADC, Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu has disclosed how the 2019 Presidential candidate of Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP will emerge in the quest to unseat President Muhammadu Buhari.
Chief Nwosu who made the disclosure at Asaba, Delta State penultimate weekend during the inauguration of Delta State executive of ADC, explained that each political party that makes up the merger will present one candidate each, after which one will eventually be selected among the parties' candidates to stand as the coalition's flagbearer in the 2019 presidential poll.
According to him,between now and the end of August,there will be a survey to ascertain which of the political parties to be used to field the candidate against the myth of All Progressives Congress, APC.
The National Secretary of ADC, Alhaji Sai'd Baba Abdulahi who addressed the new Delta State executive of the party led by Prince Joe Chukwu on the desire of ADC to take over government from the local government to the federal level, was among top National Officers of the party that attended the inauguration ceremony of Asaba.
