A woman leader of All Progressive Congress, APC in Olamaboro Local government Area, Kogi State and a House of Representatives Aspirant for Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omalla Federal Constituency, Hon. In a statement made available to journalists in Lokoja on Monday July 23,  the APC woman leader also congratulated Chief Isiaka Oyetola who emerged as the candidate of the party in Osun State via the new party primary regime , stressing that the new approach in selecting candidate to represent the party will strengthen its winning streaks at the polls.

According  Hon. Ekele, this political strategy in picking candidate that will fly the party flag in the forthcoming general elections (if emulated by other parties)will further pave way for the enthronement of true democracy in the country.

Explaining further, Hon. Ekele opined that with this bold move of the APC leadership, meaningful Nigerians who intends to run for public offices with the people at heart, but for fear of prosecuting the cost of delegates party primaries will henceforth be  encouraged to do so,  considering the fact that the new direct party primary principle is less expensive, comparing it to the abandoned delegates system of the old.

She said to the happiness of all party members,  the newly rejuvenated and reinforced Comrade Adams Oshiomhole led APC leadership is working round the clock in ensuring that competency and effectiveness comes to stay in Nigerian polity.

Hon.Blessing Aishat Ekele  who further urged the good people of Kogi State to embrace this new strategy of evolving standard bearer of the party, when it finally adopted to play in the State said the move, no doubt, will strengthen, and unarguably  enrich our political system for transparency and consistency.

"With this new political strategy, it's a win-win for all." she expressed.

While Hon. Blessing Aishat Ekele commended the Osun State party members for their confidence and application of direct party primary formula, she however echoed loud,  the words of Osun State APC Chieftain, Mr. Wale Adebisi in a news conference held on Saturday July 21 in Osogbo, where he said, "from all variables and indices available to us on the field, the direct primary is actually the best so as to encourage internal, all inclusive democracy, because every party member is involved. The direct primary reduced manipulation and inducement of voters with money, it would strengthen internal democracy".

Meanwhile, Hon. Blessing Aishat Ekele is at work to ensure that her ambition comes to a reality, urging the good people of Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omalla Federal Constituency to consider her to represent them in the next dispensation to defend their interest at the green chamber where the national cake are being divided, and which unfortunately the enclave has not been getting their own worth all this while.

"I have what it takes to bring your own share of national cake that have been eluding us all these years to your tables at home. I know the way,  I know the people, the strategy and the means to push and pull through what is ours down home to the benefit of all. Give me your mandate and I will give you quality service with  difference", she expressed.
