2019: Itsekiri Committee clears Reyenieju, Ereyitomi, Daibo, Edema

The Chief Isaac Jemide led seven -man Itsekiri Committee set up by Warri Council of Chiefs with the mandate of Olu of Warri,Ogiame Ikenwoli has given its blessing to the member representing Warri Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Daniel Reyenieju and former chairman of Ugborodo Community Trust,Chief Thomas Ereyitomi to contest for Warri Federal Constituency Seat in 2019.            

Another aspirant to the Warri Federal Constituency Seat, Mr. Joseph Omamofe Pirah in a widely circulated social media terse statement,Wednesday September 26, distanced himself technically from the activities of the Chief Jemide Committee, when he stressed that he would only participate in PDP primary and not an arrangement being planned for Thursday September 27.                  

Fresh Angle International learnt from an authoritative source that the Jemide Committee has also thrown its weight behind the incumbent member representing Warri South Constituency 1 in Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. (Mrs.) Shola Daibo, former two -time chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Matthew Mofe Edema,Prince Stanley Oritsemolebi Emiko and Engr. Sunny Demi- Ejegi to slug it out for the Warri South Constituency 1 Seat in the 2019 Polls.                    

Mrs. Shola Daibo and Hon. Matthew Edema (A.K.A. Man of God) are PDP front runners,while Stanley Emiko and Sunny Ejegi are of the All Progressives, APC.                      
It was also gathered that Mr. Omagbemi Andrew Igban of the Peoples Democratic Party and Besidone Eyengho (A.K.A. Kiki) of All Progressives Congress, also have the palace nod to vie for Warri South -West Constituency Seat in Delta State House of Assembly come 2019.                    

The Itsekiri Committee is expected to conclude work on Warri North Constituency aspirants Thursday September 27 after meeting them and other stakeholders.
