President of National Association of Itsekiri Graduates, NAIG, Comrade Collins Oritsetimeyin Edema has tendered unreserved apology to the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli, Warri Traditional Council and indeed the Itsekiri Nation for any embarrassment a report titled,“ Olu of Warri orders removal of NAIG president”, may have caused, saying aspects of the reportage credited to him were unintended and could have been distorted as a result of strained mobile phone communication with the Correspondent.
While stressing that the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Ikenwoli is the Grand Patron of the apex Itsekiri alumni body, Comrade Collins Edema in a statement made available to Fresh Angle International Monday October 15, averred that as President of NAIG, he “will not discuss the Revered Monarch in the press or do anything that will bring the respected throne, Warri kingdom and Itsekiri Nation to disrepute”, adding, “we have a father-son relationship” with our king.
