The Director-General Publicity Committee of Chief Thomas Ereyitomi Campaign Organization, Chief Robinson Ariyo has appealed to candidates who contested the Warri Federal Constituency election with Chief Thomas Ereyitomi to join hands with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP House of Representatives- elect, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi in making Warri Federal Constituency great again.

Chief Ariyo who spoke to Correspondents in Warri, Friday March 1, noted that without viable press, there won’t be meaningful development, hence he considered it necessary to brief the newsmen on development programmes lined-up by Chief Ereyitomi in his determination to provide quality representation at the legislature.

According to the Campaign Publicity  DG, the Warri Federal Constituency House of Representatives- elect, Chief Ereyitomi, will focus on economic development, capacity building, peace building and research/advocacy.

Aspects of the four cardinal objectives will be achieved in collaboration with Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta, PIND and Community Based Organizations, CBO with a view to  seeking support from the European Union so as to ensure rapid all –round development.

Chief Ariyo quipped that Chief Ereyitomi shall work with the laid down Niger Delta Master- Plan as it affects Warri Federal Constituency, pointing out that Warri Federal Constituency is the only Federal Constituency in Nigeria with two sea ports and Chief Ereyitomi will initiate legislation to make it more functional.

Chief Ereyitomi’s Campaign Publicity DG opined that the Warri Federal Constituency legislator- elect is “the only person with the highest qualification, Bsc and MBA, while other candidates presented school certificate or HND in their INEC forms submitted”.
