The Commissioner of Police Delta State Command, CP Adeyinka Adeleke Bode has commended Police Officers in the Command for their excellent and exemplary performance in the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly election held on the February 23, 2019.
CP Adeleke thanked them for their bravery in keeping with the challenges of securing the INEC materials, officials, facilities as well at the electorates.
The CP said he is proud of them for their quick responses to distress calls and intensive patrol that kept the hoodlums away from the polls to ensure a peaceful and successful exercise.
He admonished officers and men of the Command not to relent in their effort but to braced up for the Governorship and State Assembly election slated for March 9, 2019, praying God to reward them abundantly for their display of strength and courage in the face of danger.
