Embattled lawmaker representing Kogi West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Senator Dino Melaye, SDM, has turned down the offer by his beloved Peoples Democratic Party, to serve as Director-General of the PDP Kogi State Governorship Campaign Council, Fresh Angle International can report.
It will be recalled that Senator Dino Melaye came a distant fourth in the Kogi State PDP Governorship primary won by Engr. Musa Wada.
The dramatic lawmaker, who took to his tweeter handle Friday September 13, to decline the offer, stated, “when truth is a casualty, there is chaos”.
Full text of the tweet, states, “Let me state categorically that I have turned down the position of Director-General of the PDP Kogi State Governorship Campaign Council. I wish PDP all the best. When truth is a casualty there is chaos”.
